Errors
and Omissions
In the event a product is listed at
an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing
information received from our suppliers, Mignon and Compagnie
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for
product listed at the incorrect price. Mignon and Compagnie shall
have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or
not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase
and your order is canceled, Mignon and Compagnie shall immediately
issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the
incorrect price.
Taxes
Because Mignon and Compagnie operates in Florida, we are required
to collect a 6% sales tax on orders shipped to a Florida address.
Those whom get shipped outside of Florida will not be charged
sales tax for orders placed on www.MignonandCo.com, but may want
to consult the applicable tax laws in their state. Mignon and
Compagnie's prices do not include any applicable sales, excise,
or any other tax. Mignon and Compagnie reserves the right to charge
Buyer with the amount of any taxes which seller may be required
to pay or collect, under any existing law, with respect to the
product sold. A buyer exempt from taxes shall furnish written
proof thereof to Seller prior to delivery of the product.
Warranty Information

whom we represent. Because the scope and duration of our manufacturers’
